Forms for Pathfinders and Staff, including medical forms, trip permission slips, safe driver forms and volunteer application forms
CLUB MEMBERS & PARENTS
Basic Materials for Parents and Pathfinders: All Pathfinders and their Parents/Guardians must complete a Pathfinder Membership Application and a Medical Consent & Release Form. Clubs may use their own Membership Application or the NAD form provided below. Most Texas and Central Texas Camporees require additional signed copies of the Medical Consent & Release Form (each with an original signature). A Trip Permission Slip is also required for each event. Tip: have parents fill out one Medical Consent & Release Form without the event name and signature, then make several copies — that way they only need to add the event and sign for each new outing.

SAFETY & SECURITY
Club leaders, staff, and volunteers demonstrate care for children by managing risks to safety, assets, and resources. This includes:

Properly planning and supervising all Pathfinder/Adventurer activities

Maintaining facilities, identifying hazards, and correcting them to prevent injury

Prioritizing each child's safety

Providing and enforcing the use of appropriate safety equipment for all participants
STAFF & VOLUNTEERS
Staff, Volunteers, and Adults (18+): Anyone staying overnight at camp must complete Volunteer training, which needs to be renewed every three years. A verification list of staff who've completed the course is available from the Texas Conference office. The Staff Volunteer Form stays with the Local Club, while the Volunteer Code of Conduct is signed in the presence of a senior Club Staff Member, Church Pastor, or Youth Ministries Leader  is kept by the Volunteer.

UNIFORMS
BASIC Â NAD Â UNIFORM Â SPECIFICATIONS
Shirt/Blouse - Khaki (Suntan). Texas Conference primarily uses short-sleeve shirts
Pants* / Skirt* -- Black

Slacks - Black, straight leg, pleated front, belt loops, no cuff

Skirt - Black, A-line, pleated front, belt loopsÂ
Belt - Black webbing cloth belt with Pathfinder buckle. Options available upon approval of Club director: Â Plain, all black leather belt with no ornamentation. Conferences, clubs, and individuals may wear a non-standard issue Pathfinder or Master Guide logo buckle
Socks - All black socks, stockings or knee-highs. No designs or patterns.
Shoes - All black dress shoes or boots with fully closed toe and heels. Heels of no more than 2 inches. If the shoes have laces, the laces must also be all black. Combat boots are not acceptable.
Sash - Black, with length no longer than the tip of the fingers on the left hand
Scarf - Yellow Pathfinder Scarf with black trim, or red-trimmed yellow TLT scarf, or red-trimmed Master Guide scarf.
Slide - Standard cloth slide with Pathfinder triangle logo, or for Master Gudes cloth Master Guide slide with master Guide world logo. Upon approval of local Club or Conference official, individuals may wear a nonstandard issue or legacy Pathfinder or Master Guide slide.
Neck tie/Tuxedo tie -- Black. Required as part of Class A uniform for Staff, optional for club members, but should be consistent throughout club.

TLT Â PROGRAM:
GETTING Â STARTED
The TLT experience will assist the Pathfinder teen to form adult-Pathfinder relationships as an expression of their developing identity as teenagers. We have provided a variety of published resources to assist you in growing this exciting ministry for the high school students who need more challenges than the Pathfinder program can otherwise offer them.

TLT Â MENTOR
RESOURCES
The purpose of this self-study course is to equip TLT Mentors with the fundamental aspects of Teen Leadership Training (TLT) ministry in their club. This course is divided into four learning modules with learning activities and a quiz for each module.
MONTHLY REPORT
Club ministry monthly reports help the conference keep tracks your clubs metrics like attendance, meetings, and baptisms, and activities participation. Due the 14th of every month.
